Born in Piemonte, cooking in Sydney's top kitchens since 2014. After building MichelONE at Home into one of Sydney's most-loved private-chef services, Chef Michele has opened his own doors at 54 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park.
Food made with love.
Trained in restaurant kitchens across Sydney and mentored by chef Marcello Farioli of I Maccheroni, Michele built MichelONE at Home in 2020 as a private chef service — bringing restaurant-quality Italian cooking directly to his clients' homes.
Along the way he created Al Dente Pasta Bar in Martin Place — a CBD pasta-bar concept built on the simple idea that fresh handmade pasta, Italian coffee and a quick honest lunch belong together.
Five years, hundreds of dinners and 580+ five-star reviews later, that kitchen finds a permanent home of its own. Built on the success of MichelONE at Home, MichelONE @54 is the next step: a proper cafe with a team behind the pass, where the same standards apply whether you're stopping for a morning coffee, a midday plate, or trusting us with a corporate gathering.
